En el ingreso al hotel esta la cafetería Coffee Bike que ofrece café de especialidad, tostado por ellos mismos, además de diferentes tés, jugos naturales, bagels, paninis, pastelería, tostadas, panqueques y ensaladas. Se debe pagar directamente en el local y los huéspedes del hotel pueden consumir en la cafetería, en las áreas abiertas o en su habitación.

At the entrance to the hotel is the Coffee Bike cafeteria that offers specialty coffee, roasted by themselves, as well as different teas, natural juices, bagels, paninis, pastries, toasts, pancakes and salads. Payment must done directly at the cafeteria and hotel guests can consume in the cafeteria, in the open areas or in their room.

La mayoría de las habitaciones cuenta con una caja de seguridad. Tiene una tarjeta con las instrucciones de uso. Si al llegar la encuentra cerrada, por favor avise a la recepción (dizque 0 en el teléfono) para que se lo abran y usted ponga su código particular.

The majority of the rooms have a safe, accompanied with a user’s instruction card. When you find it closed on your arrival, please give notice to the reception desk (dial 0 on your telephone) for opening it and letting you introduce your private code.

El hotel cuenta con un sistema de calefacción central que a solicitud de los huéspedes es encendida, especialmente al principio de la noche en las épocas de frio. Cuando necesite la calefacción, por favor avise a recepción (dizque 0 en el teléfono). Usted puede abrir y cerrar el radiador en su habitación de acorde a su preferencia.

The hotel counts with a central heating system that on request of the guests can be turned on, especially in the beginning of the evenings during cold periods. When you need the heating, please give notice to the reception desk (dial 0 on your telephone).You can open and close the radiator in your room according to your preferences.

En general, las toallas son cambiadas diariamente y la ropa de cama cada 3 días. Si usted desea podemos variar esta frecuencia. Por favor, avise a recepción (dizque 0 en el teléfono).

El desayuno buffet es servido cada mañana entre las hrs. 7.00 y 10.00 am y está incluido en el precio de habitación. El restaurant se encuentra en el primer piso. Si requiere desayuno en otro horario, por favor avísenos con anticipación para que podamos prepararle alguna otra alternativa.

The breakfast buffet is served every morning between 7.00 and 10.00 am and is included in the room price. You will find the restaurant on the first floor. If you require the breakfast outside these hours, please give us a sign with due anticipation, so we can prepare you some alternative.

El gimnasio se encuentra en el sótano, bajando las gradas detrás del zaguán a la izquierda hacia el jardín. Cuenta con bicicletas (spinning), AbCoaster (para los abdominales) y un trotador del cuál debe pedir la llave a recepción. El uso es gratis para los huéspedes del hotel. Para cualquier ayuda necesaria, por favor llame a la recepción (marque 0 en el teléfono).

You can find the gym in the basement, going down the stairs behind the hallway on the left side in the direction of the garden. We have bicycles (spinning/hometrainers), AbCoaster (for your abdomen) and a treadmill for which you need to ask the key at the reception desk. Hotel guests can use it for free. For any assistance, please call the reception desk (dial 0 on your telephone).

La puerta principal está abierta entre hrs. 7.00 am y 22.30 pm. Fuera de este horario usted debe usar tocador para que le abra el conserje.

Cuando sale a la calle, le rogamos dejar la llave en recepción.

The main door of the hotel stays open between 7.00 am and 22.30 pm. Outside these hours, you have to use the knocker for the night porter to open it for you. When going out, we prefer you leave the key at the reception desk.

Existe Wifi en todo el hotel. Tenemos tres routers:

1. Villa antigua terraza, ubicado en el segundo piso (terraza), que cubre todo el segundo piso, el restaurante y parte del primer piso.

2. Villa antigua patio, ubicado en el patio, que cubre la planta baja alrededor del patio inclusive la recepción y lobby, y parte del primer piso.

3. Villa antigua jardín, ubicado al lado del jardín, que cubre las habitaciones 40X, la terraza de la habitación 102 y el jardín.

La contraseña para los tres routers es: sucre2022. El uso es gratis para los huéspedes.

La sala internet está ubicada en la planta baja en el zaguán a la derecha hacia el jardín. Tiene una computadora de escritorio, con los programas principales para realizar trabajos y conectarse a internet. Además, hay un cable de conexión para una computadora portátil. El uso es gratis para nuestros huéspedes.

We have Wi-Fi in the whole hotel. We have three routers:

Villa Antigua terraza, located on the second floor (terrace) and covering the whole third floor, the restaurant and part of the first floor.
Villa Antigua patio, located in the courtyard and covering the ground floor around the courtyard, including reception and lobby, and part of the first floor.
Villa Antigua jardin, located next to the garden and covering the 40X rooms, the terrace of room 102 and the garden.

The password for all three routers is: sucre2022. The use by our guest is for free.

A business center/internet room is located on the ground floor in the hallway on the right side to the garden. It counts with a desktop computer, with the main software for realizing work and connecting to internet. Additionally, there is a cable to connect your laptop computer to the internet. The use is free for our guests.

El servicio de lavandería funciona de lunes a sábado. La ropa debe entregarla durante la mañana y se le devolverá en 24 horas. La ropa entregada el sábado estará lista el lunes por la tarde.

The laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday. You should deliver your clothes during the morning and we will return it in 24 hours. Clothes delivered on Saturday will be ready on Monday afternoon.

El hotel cuenta con diferentes áreas de uso común, que usted puede disfrutar a su gusto:

- Mirador, subiendo las gradas al fondo de la terraza en el segundo piso.

- Terrazas, en el segundo y primer piso, con miras sobre la ciudad vieja y las serranías.

- Patio, en la planta baja, entre las galerías y al lado de la fuente.

- Jardín, en la planta baja a la parte trasera del hotel.

Tenemos algún mobiliario ya colocado, pero no dude en avisarnos si requiere sillas extra, almohadas o sombrilla. Huéspedes pueden usar las mesas del patio aunque no consuman en la cafetería.

The hotel has several public areas that you can enjoy as you like:

Viewpoint, upstairs at the backside of the terrace on the second floor.
Terraces, on the second and first floor, with views over the old city and the mountains.
Courtyard/patio, on the ground floor, among galleries and next to the fountain.
Garden, on the ground floor on the backside of the hotel.

We already put some furniture, but don’t hesitate to give us a sign when you need additional chairs, cushions or shade. No mandatory consumption from the coffee shop in the courtyard for our guests.

Tenemos una pequeña sauna a vapor. Debe ser solicitado con anticipación de una hora en la recepción. El uso tiene un costo adicional: Bs. 60 por una persona sola y Bs. 50 por persona si son más.

We have a small steam sauna. Please apply for it at least one hour before at the reception desk. The prices are Bs. 60 for one person and Bs. 50 per person if more than one.

Podemos ordenar comida y bebida del restaurante de su preferencia con costo adicional, que puede ser consumido en su habitación, las áreas públicas o el restaurante. Por favor, solicite a la recepción con debida anticipación.

We can order food and drinks from the restaurant of your choice on additional cost, which can be consumed in your room, the public areas or the restaurant. Please, make your request to the reception desk with due anticipation.
